Interview on Latvian News Channel

On Monday May 30, I was interviewed by Juris Juranus for the Latvian online news channel, TVNET/Klik.  We discussed the rise of populism, but only after a long discussion of the Ukraine war, the European Union, the possibility of a fast-tracked EU membership for Ukraine, and the difficulties of reaching agreement on foreign policy, in particular with the possibility of veto by any one member-state.
